How to Reach Us From Anywhere
Six ways in, all going to the same small team. The right one depends on where you are and how quickly you need an answer.
Belize mobile
Use this one while you are on the island, especially if a cart needs attention.
US line
Cheaper to dial from North America when you are planning the trip.
Office line
The landline at the main office on Laguna Drive during the day.
Best for bookings with detail attached, such as group arrivals.
Social
Also on Instagram, where the newest carts show up first.
Send Us a Message
Anything that is not a booking. Questions about rates, an existing rental, a payment, or something we have not thought of. We read all of it and reply to all of it.
If you are trying to reserve a cart, the booking form asks the right questions and gets you a faster answer.

Already Have One of Our Carts?
Call the Belize number rather than sending an email. That line reaches somebody who can act on it: send a mechanic out, bring you a replacement cart, or talk you through whatever the cart is doing.
- Cart will not start or has stopped
- Flat tyre or a warning you do not recognise
- You want to extend the rental
- Your departure plans have changed
Arriving on Ambergris Caye
Most visitors reach San Pedro either by air from Belize City, on Tropic Air or Maya Island Air, or by water taxi from Belize City or Caye Caulker. We meet all of them.
Send your flight number or boat time with your booking and we will be there when you arrive, cart ready. If the flight moves, message us and we move with it. Delays are ordinary here and nobody minds.

Questions About Contacting Us
Practical things worth knowing before you pick up the phone from another time zone.
The US line on +1 (254) 244-1082 is usually cheapest to dial from North America. Once you are on the island, use the Belize number.
The office runs through the day, and the rental line is answered outside those hours too. If a cart of ours is out, somebody is reachable.
More often. It is the fastest way to reach us, and the easiest way to send a photo of a flight itinerary or of something on the cart.
No. Most guests never see it, because the cart is delivered to their arrival point and collected from wherever they leave from.
Call the Belize number rather than emailing. That reaches somebody who can send a mechanic or a replacement cart straight away.
What to Include So We Can Answer Properly
Most of the back and forth on a booking enquiry comes from a missing detail. If you send these four things in the first message, the reply that comes back is usually the final answer rather than a question.
- The dates you want the cart, and roughly what time you arrive
- How many people are travelling, so we know 4 seats or 6
- Where you are landing, or the name of your hotel
- Anything unusual, such as several carts or a very early arrival
If you already have a booking with us, put the reference at the top and we can pull it up straight away instead of searching by name.
Time Zone, Language and Response Times
Belize runs on Central Standard Time all year and does not observe daylight saving. In the northern summer that puts the island an hour behind New York and two hours ahead of Los Angeles, which is worth knowing before you call at what feels like a reasonable hour.
English is the official language of Belize and is what we work in day to day. Spanish is widely spoken on the island as well, so either is fine when you call or write.
Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing. Anything urgent involving a cart already on the road goes to the Belize number instead, which is monitored around the clock while rentals are out.
Rather just book it?
Send your dates and arrival point and we will confirm a cart for you.
